Remote Support Tool

6 July 2021 - A new version of TeamViewer has now been released for use with Ohio GT remote support. The link above has been updated for this new version. Older versions of TeamViewer included with the Collage installation disk are no longer valid and you will need to download this new version.

Hasp Update Tool

OHIO engravers, RTI's, and Collage use a Hasp dongle programmed with the licenses for your site. Dongles can be updated using the Hasp Update Tool. This tool is installed with Collage: from the Windows Start menu, under Collage, look for Hasp Update Tool. Using the Hasp Update Tool

If the version of Collage is too old, the Hasp Update Tool may need to be updated. Download the Hasp Update Tool

Engrave Head Repair and Refurbishment

Please contact your local sales/service agent to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and shipping instructions. If you do not have a spare engrave head, please ask your local agent about the possibility of a loaner engrave head.
