End of Life Notice

B-700, B-710, B-720 and M500 Engravers

Effective July 1, 2009, support for the B-7XX series of engravers will no longer be guaranteed. This also applies to M500 series, which were based on the 7xx series.

The age of these machines has made it increasingly difficult, and in some cases impossible, to obtain replacement parts. This situation greatly impacts our ability to provide the quality of support you require in an acceptable time frame.

We have a limited availability of some parts for the B-7XX series. These will continue to be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your support request.

To ensure continued production, we strongly recommend replacing the old engravers with our newest engravers: the Spectrum or the Prism engraver.
