Ohio Gravure Technologies is committed to keeping your aging equipment running for as long as possible. Even when a product is marked as "End of Life" we will do everything we can to find the fastest solution at lowest cost to keep your production running.
The "End of Life" notification simply means that our suppliers are no longer manufacturing certain parts. Therefore no company can deliver these parts as 'new' -- or only with unreasonable time frames and costs.
We will do everything we can to keep your production going. We still have some supplies. In many cases we can either refurbish or repair defective parts; and we offer upgrades or exchanges if repair is impossible.
An "End of Life" notice for software developed by Ohio GT means we do not develop new features or fix any problems for the product. In all cases, we offer alternatives with far more features and capabilities, at a reasonable cost.
Please contact Customer Support if you have any questions or concerns.
