End of Life Notice

GS 850, 857, and Type D Engravers

Effective March 1, 2015, support for the Gravostar 850, 857 and Type D engravers will no longer be guaranteed.

The age of these machines has made it increasingly difficult, and in some cases impossible, to obtain replacement parts, especially the DOS-based electronics. This situation greatly impacts our ability to provide the quality of support you require in an acceptable time frame.

We will make every effort to replace parts for these engravers, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. In some cases, we might be able to refurbish or repair parts, or offer upgrades or exchanges if repair is impossible.

To ensure continued production, we strongly recommend replacing the old engravers with our newest engravers:, the Spectrum engraver or the Prism engraver.
