End of Life Notice

Collage Sun Computers

Effective January 1, 2012, support for Collage Server, RTI, Remote RTI, or RTI-E running on Sun computers will no longer be guaranteed. These Sun computers were sold during the 1990’s and 2000’s by Ohio Electronic Engravers and Daetwyler, and supported since 2000 by Ohio Gravure Technologies. The advanced age of these computers has made it increasingly difficult, and in some cases impossible, to obtain replacement parts. This situation greatly impacts our ability to provide the level of support you expect in an acceptable time frame.

Effective January 1, 2013, all support for Collage Solaris Server and Solaris RTI (hardware and software) will cease.

We strongly urge that you upgrade to a Linux computer as soon as possible. The Linux operating system runs on standard PC hardware, and Collage RTI software has been running on Linux for many years.

Note: Collage Servers running on Linux are no longer supported
